This article describes the settings that would need to be enabled in order for TC2000 v7 to function with a Firewall correctly.

Please note: Tech Support is not trained on how to configure your firewall or authorized to make changes to your firewall.

Firewalls

If your firewall allows you to set Program Exceptions, please add TeleChart.exe.

If your firewall does not allow you to set Program Exceptions, you will need to configure access to port numbers and/or server addresses. For TC2000 v7 Gold service, please make sure ports 80 and 443 are open. The server address is dl.tcnet.ws.
