How to Check the System Status for TC2000
When there is any service interruption or system difficulty, you can find out details of the current system status immediately. Here's how.
From TC2000 Software
Click the Help menu button
Select System Status from the menu
This takes you to a website with current and past status reports.
Optional: Click Subscribe To Updates button (1), select how you want to be notified (2), enter notification information (3), click subscribe (4). You will be notified when system status updates are needed.
From TC2000.com Website
At TC2000.com homepage, click the Support button
Choose Check for Service Outages from the menu
This takes you to a website with current and past status reports.
