Disable Hardware Acceleration

While hardware acceleration may improve performance on computers with powerful components, it can have the opposite effect on less powerful computers. Disabling hardware acceleration may improve performance if you're experiencing freezing, crashing or issues with the video player.

Click Tools

Select System Settings

On the General Tab scroll down and check the box next to Disable Hardware Acceleration

Select Close
