How to Float An Entire Layout Tab

Floating a layout tab will change the Tab into a floating Layout that is independent of the original layout group allowing you to move the Layout to a different monitor.

1. Right-click on the tab at the bottom of the Layout to be Floated

1. Click New.

2. Select Float in New Layout Window

2. Choose what type of window you would like to float.

3. This opens the Layout as a new Floating window

3. Click the Float in New layout Window button in your new window.

4. Move the window to desired place outside of the layout parameters by grabbing the top portion on the window and dragging anywhere on your main monitor or onto another monitor.
